1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Foreign Famous Collegiate platform (“FFC,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
FFC connects brands, game publishers, and Higher Education students through campaigns, student organizations, and leaderboards. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and to provide accurate information when registering, joining a campaign, or creating a student organization.
3. School Names, Logos & Trademarks
Any college, university, or trade school names, logos, mascots, or colors displayed on this platform are used solely for reference and recognition purposes — to identify participating schools on leaderboards, rosters, and campaign standings. FFC does not claim ownership of, sponsorship by, or affiliation with any institution whose name or mark appears here, and does not generate revenue from the display of any school name or logo. All such marks remain the property of their respective institutions.
4. Accounts & Eligibility
Student accounts require a valid .edu email address for verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Campaigns, Points & Rewards
Campaign points, leaderboard rankings, and rewards (including Piggy Bank payouts and scholarships) are determined by the rules published for each campaign and may be adjusted by FFC administrators to correct errors, fraud, or abuse.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not misrepresent campaign activity, submit falsified proof-of-action assets, impersonate another student or organization, or attempt to manipulate leaderboard standings.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is.” FFC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
